Are players allowed to help each other build their decks at a PTQ?

In a Pro Tour Qualifier (PTQ), players are not allowed to assist each other in building their decks due to the requirement for each player to maintain their own hidden information and strategic advantage. During the deck construction phase, any communication regarding card choices, strategies, or deck-building decisions that could influence another player's strategy is restricted to ensure fair play.
